We gladly accept local competitors’ circular or direct-mail coupons for MONEY OFF THE TOTAL ORDER; we do not take competitor’s coupons for money off specific items.

OK;Walgreen's has a printable $5 off $25 Q good only 6/10 and 6/11:$5 Off $25| Sweepstakes & Promotions| Walgreens

What do you think? Will HT honor this? Worth a trip to CS today although it did not come from the circular or direct mail. I guess it's a YMMV thing. I'll let you know.

I got a cat from food lion last night for $3/$30, is it bad that I was more happy to get it and use it at ht rather than food lion (for better deals)? lol

OK, so I wasn't thrilled with much at the Grand Opening of the Warrenton HT. But one thing if you're local worth going in for is the Natures Sweet cherry tomatoes. They are normally 2.99 each little bag. I get these all winter long as they are closest to "real" tomato taste. I'm sure it's a special for the new store, but they are 3 packages for 99 cents! $8 savings! I couldn't believe it and I didn't see it in the ad (guess I could've missed it.) It's a shame I can't stockpile those!

NO HT isn't supposed to honor it. It is an internet coupon, they only accept store flyer coupons and ones that arrived in your mail box at your house.

Also HT is only suppose to accept grocery store competitors, not Drug Stores (Walgreens), Family Dollar and some won't accept Target Q either.
They had gotten a memo about that a few months ago...as I found out when I tried to use a Family Dollar Flyer Q.

Beth, my son got one of those too and I am holding it until this weekend, but don't be surprised if they don't take it...it doesn't fall into that criteria of store flyer or direct mail...and I think someone posted on here that they won't take register generated competitor coupons too..

yeah found out today that they will not take the $3/$30, so oh well guess that one will go to waste because I don't have anything else to get at foodlion this week

I did okay today at ht. not nearly my best, but I got a lot of stuff and only used a few coupons and still saved more than half of what I spent oop. and I got lots of meat, a few extras, and a big bottle of detergent too

6 pepsi 2 ltr products
100 fl oz tide detergent
charcoal lighter fluid

6 lbs ground beef at 1.59/lb (awesome deal!!)

chicken drumsticks(marked down small pack)

I found where they keep the marked down produce too! so will be checking for things more often now that I know where it is.
and I have enough meat just from this trip(not counting what I have in the freezer already) for 7 dinners and the chicken will be cooked for lunches so I am really happy with all that I got today

for the products that are buy 3 save $3, has anyone tried just getting one and seeing if you save $1 (I ask because the hillshire brats deal was buy 2 get $2 and it worked with just one...)
