The way she said they process them is...
When they receive them they log them and they go into a "bucket" -I am sure it is not a REAL bucket, but you get the idea.
Then later the bucket is grabbed and then processed (probably by a different company, the ones that actually issues the cards).
She said depending on how popular the promotion was (which was this going on at different stores? None around here!), it can take a long time to get the card sent out. It also depends on when your "bucket" is grabbed to be sent the card.

I sent mine out the all during second week of this deal...I think it was a total of a 3 week deal. My guess is those that waited to send in the forms are the ones that are having to wait the longest. I purposely did mine as I got them so I could get a trickle of them coming back. I was VERY VERY surprised when 10 of my 11 showed up on the same day-which must mean mine were all in one bucket.

I haven't gotten any of my 3 cards yet. I'm glad I'm not alone and process is just a little sloooowwww.

I haven't gotten any of mine either and sent them in at the end of March.

I checked the website and it says they were mailed on 4/21 - about seven weeks ago. (Thanks for posting that site - didn't know about it)

Website says that they can take 30 days to be delivered.

We're way past that now.

Is there a number to call Kellogg's about this?

I don't see one on their website and the only number I found in this post was about activating the cards.
