Since it is mid-March with no penguins I'm starting to think we're not getting a penguin this year.

I googled the company that runs this promotion.

They don't have any information about the cardboard penguin coupons.

They do list this:

A three-page FSI circulated to 37 million consumers will drop on March 1, 2009.

Of course I really hope I am wrong.
