Harris Teeter Coupon Policy

Today's SD: cashier said that coupons that said Do Not Double she had to key in separately so that it wouldn't double. I know it says that in their policy, but I have NEVER had a cashier do this. She called the manager over and he said, Sorry.

Two of the coupons were some that I used at the last SD's and they took them, no problem. So annoying that it seems like everything is up to the discretion of each cashier. I guess I'll go to a different HT and try to use these again.

Anyone else have this come up?
