Oh ya... now that you mention it.... it DID beep. The clerk thought it was because I was trying to use 3 coupons on 2 bags of chips, but I pointed out that the third coupon was for meat, not chips. The manager did override it, no trouble. Thanks for pointing that out!

I found a $1 peelie on the matchlight charcoal on the bottom of the bag. I was happy since it was on sale 9.99. Peelie is for the larger 13. pound bag only and expires in 2010. I am not sure how long they are on sale for 9.99, but do trust they will be on sale again this cookout season especially since 9.99 is a large mark up anyways. YAY!!! I used a $5 cat so it made this super cheap compared to anywhere else I can buy it. I wish deer park was still BOGO so i could get more cats.

At 3 HT's last night in the Durham, Chapel Hill NC area, there were baskets and baskets full of clearance dog food and treats-pretty sure every brand HT carries was included. At one HT there were 4 baskets FULL of this stuff in addition to another 2 baskets with miscellaneous and lots of clearance pantyhose/knee highs. Also saw 2 scents of the renuizit tri-scents in the clearance baskets.

At my store this morning they were resetting atleast 3 aisles, so that means clearance. PLUS they already had carts full of juice stuff, like Crystal Light and HT Organic Apple Cranberry juice.

They were doing Dog Food, Juice and the HBA aisles-she was in the Soaps/bodywash section while I was there they may have been in the baking aisle too....

Today I went to use up my last 3 OEP coupons I found over the past 2 days with my ONE raincheck for 3 deals for the BOGOF....Well to my surprise the cheesy taco seasoning mix is now on clearance for $.44! So I did 2 transaction and got 6 my first order and used 2 of my coupons $1/2 (=$.64) and got a $3 meat cat...then the second time I used my RC and got 6 more and used one coupon $1/2 (=$.32) and got another $3 meat cat.
The OEP cat runs until 5-17 so if you like this stuff even if you are out of coupons and have no rainchecks it is still a good deal
$.44 x 6=$2.64 and you get a $3 meat cat. If you have either the coupons or RC then it is an even better deal.

Tonight at HT I found tearpae q for .55 off Soda flavored ice cream toppers, choices being Dr. pepper cherry. orange crush and vanilla, or rootbeer float. They are B1G1 free so .40 when you buy one. Good for summer. Might be even better for triples.

At my HT yesterday they had buggies full of dog food, treats, flavored tea, and juices. They had like 6 buggies full.

My store also had the clearance buggies : Greenies Dog Treats, Celestial Seasonings Tea, Ricola Tea, Light Bulbs, DVDs.

Found coupons for save $2 off of bag salad when you buy bacon bits, on a cardboard Hormel display near the meat section.
