Last month at CVS the BIC razors (2 kinds) were free after ECBs and Qs....I didn't even want the crappy razors, but they were free and added $5 to my son's Upromise account....how could I not buy them:)

It is one time per account. I have my second CVS and HT card in my parent's Upromise account (which my son is also the beneficiary of), so I get double. Once in my account and once in theres. hth
