You will not get overage. Because the price is manually entered, the coupon doubles up to the amount entered. I believe the deal is through the beginning of Sept so you have plenty of time to trade qs and for your store to restock.
Hello All
I am a rain check newby and am stocking up on the GUM toothbrushes this month. I have a lot of Q's on order and am wondering if I will get my overages when I use my rain check. Could someone with experience explain how this works and if its a fight or not?
thanks in advance for your help!

Ok I have another question in this same topic:
I have a rain check for Tava .99 but I have q's for $1.50. How does that work?

I have never used a coupon that was over the amount like in this case. I think it will depend on the register - whether it beeps or goes through. I think it will beep and they will adjust it down.
This is what happened to me today.
I had a B1G1 raincheck for Nilla Wafers and a .75/2 q. and a bunch of the All You/Kraft q's, and a Buy 2 Wheat Thins Get free Cheese up to 4.99 peelie.
The cashier took the q's BEFORE my VIC card, and I got the regular price off, and then she swiped my VIC card and I got massive overage - still can't figure out how... you don't hear me complaining and I'm going to try NOT to over analyze.
It has been my experience that if the coupon is scanned before the vic card then you will not get double Q's I dont know if you are speaking from the cash register screen or the receipt but the massave overages might stem from the vic prices coming off.
i always scan before the first product at the very least before the first Q
