I am also in NC, and I received both. The free salsa is mentioned at the top of your EVIC email, next to where the winners are announced each week, not at the bottom with the EVIC special (for ice cream). Check your email again and hopefully you will see it listed there.

I am in SW Va and only got the ice cream too. I looked at the top of my email and it doesn't mention anything about free salsa. :(

I am in No VA and no mention of free Salsa too. May be it is regional to compete with some other stores. It is good that their system is advanced enough to limit the EVic in some areas and not in others. I hope they dont fix their doubling to sale price and not regular price
