Offer limits - per VIC card or per transaction??

I am a newbie to this and was wondering if the "LIMIT 2" on the Pampers and Angel Soft deals is per VIC card or per transaction? I got 2 Pampers megas today and got a $1 off catalina so it would be AWESOME if I could take that cat to the store tomorrow and get 2 more mega packs! (I have mannies too) I have another .50 Angel Soft too.

In my experience, it has been per transaction ... my HT allows me to put as many as I wish in my cart ... scan 2 ...pay and bag ... scan next 2 ... pay and bag as many times as I have wanted .... I'm sure that this may vary ... has not been a problem for me.

Keep in mind that each time a cashier allows that, they are not abiding by Harris Teeter's coupon policy. A cashier has the right to deny multiple "structured" transactions.
