I'm not a MOD but just wanted to share this for fun/laugh

My oldest dd is 4 this year. She is just really understanding the identity of Santa..you know white beard etc....

We were on our way home and we pass a man on a bicycle. He had a VERY long and white beard a blue shirt and dark pants. He had a red turban on his head.

My 4 year old dd says..."MOM....I ...I... I think I just saw Santa Claus but he was on a bike!"

The funniest Holiday moment I can think of is when my Mom's little dog was unwrapping a rawhide that we had wrapped, I took the chew toy away and it bit my husband. He was not expecting it, and he yelled.

It's been more than 15 years ago but I still laugh! My sister, twin brother & I all went to my Moms house & stayed overnight for Christmas. We did all the things we did as kids & had so much fun. My twin bro who is very quite pulled a prank on my sis. This is something he does often so no one was expecting it & that made it even funnier. He gave us some candy & the stuff he gave my sis made her mouth & teeth turn dark blue. She had no idea & he was taking pics & everything. Her mouth stayed like that for a long time. Once she figured it out we were all rolling on the floor laughing!

Every Christmas Eve, we celebrate with my dad's family. One year (at least 15 years ago), we were celebrating at my parents' house getting ready for dinner when there was a knock at the door. Whoever was at the door didn't wait for someone to answer, which is customary at my parents'. In walks a middle aged couple dressed in warm jackets and hats since it was snowing and a huge casserole dish that was steaming. The only catch is that this couple had walked into the wrong house, and we had no idea who they were lol. We all had a good laugh about it, and they were so sweet and apologetic. We still talk about that time the random people came to Christmas Eve.

Our funniest holiday moment is when my parents were living with us for four months while their house was being built in TN. We began a tradition of making homemade ravioli's for our christmas dinner. This was our first year making them from scratch, dough, filling everything. We all were drinking wine, (DH, Dad/Mom and me), getting a bit tipsy, trying to make dough, and getting more flour on the floor, walls, countertops and us! It was a great fun time and we laughed all night! The raviolis were some of the best I have ever eaten!

We make raviolis every year for Christmas Eve! It is a tradition from when my great-gramma got married (1935ish) and has been done in our family every year since. Wine is a crucial part to making good raviolis lol.

Oh we have some pretty humorous holiday moments in our family. My SO's mom is very generous with her gift giving but she's also very into bargain shopping and sometimes she buys things to give as gifts because they're a good deal, not necessarily because anyone wants them or needs them. So we generally all get some things we can't use like my SO gets wool socks from her and he's allergic to wool!

So one year, probably 3 or 4 years ago, she gave him a "back massager" which didn't so much look like a back massager. He was a little horrified and even though I told him not to, later I think he told his dad to explain it to her.

SIL's first turkey: There was no stuffing for that particular holiday supper cause SIL thought it came with the bird. You know...since they stuffed the bird with the innards.
