Since I dont wrap the gifts myself but dh does I set it up as easy as possible.

Each child has their own wrapping paper.

My MIL and my parents each have their own paper and then my dh gets his own. Im the only one who doesnt have her own paper.

I rarely buy gift tags, so we just write on one of the gifts the persons name in case we forget since they each have their own paper.

Pretty easy system. At least for us..

I wrap most things. I am not too picky when it comes to paper. I use one roll until it is gone, then move to the next roll. If I get someone a gift and I have matching wrapping paper (like a Spongebob toy and Spongebob paper), I will match those up, but usually it is whatever roll I grab. I do use bags for certain people and for things that have no hope of being wrapped decently. For my cousin who has cerebral palsy, I just put his things unwrapped in a gift bag because he doesn't like to unwrap.

For my son's Santa gifts, yes, he is 10 and still believes in Santa, I wrap them in red paper and write his name in black marker in all caps.

My aunt is very frugal and rolls her gifts in tissue paper, then stuffs the gift into a facial tissue box ans covers the opening with a bunch of tape so nothing falls out. The amount of tape she uses though, I think makes up the cost she saves.
