Today was Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. It was a big hit, here. Kind of cold for ice cream. If I was really crafty, I could have made snow ice cream out of the fresh fallen snow we got today.

I guess nobody is in the mood to celebrate February with me.

5. Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day Hmm, I like to eat what I want, when I want, not reserving certain foods for the "accepted" time of day, but can't say I've ever done this.

12. Pancake Day Might have to have chocolate chip pancakes for dinner!
14. Valentine's Day A personal favorite as it is my birthday as well.

Shoot, I totally can't celebrate Hershey's Chocolate Day today...... My kids did though as they found that 1/2 of a Hershey Bliss bar that I didn't hide very well last night!
