What selfless good deed have you done this Holiday season? ~ 2010

I donated a bunch of cat treats to the animal shelter. It made their day and in turn, made my day. It makes me feel good to know that the sweet little cats will get a treat for Christmas. What have you done that was selfless that warmed your heart?

I havent done anything for strangers. I did fill my brothers gas tank up in his car. He doesnt know it yet since he hasnt driven. His wife doesnt get paid till next week and they are broke so after dropping her off at work i went and filled his tank up.

We are all on vacation...and I haven't smacked any of my fighting sisters and hubby. Or my mother who is in complete denial that she needs to call her doc.

haha you and me bother. mainly the SIL. im at my parents for xmas! glad to get away from the inlaws for once!

I found $8 on the floor in the middle of the mall walkway. I was able to locate the owner and return it because when I saw her she was about to drop a $20 from under her shirt. Her jeans were tight and the sweater she was wearing was "walking" the money right out of her pocket and onto the floor.

ive done that before! Had money in my back pocket and slowly walking it dropped out behind me. luckily my friend was a couple steps behind me and noticed before i didnt!

It warms my heart to hear all this stuff - love that the world still does good selfless deeds.

I found out the staff from my kids school were collecting for some children within the school that were in need. I called in asking what were they seeking just in time as they were giving gifts the next day... they are so appriciative so have more items to add to what they already had.
I gave a bunch of items to a 10 year old girl, her older sister who's in high school and a mom. The 2 sisters I guess didn't have a 'mom' so, I think they have the mom gift to another mom. Hope they all like their gifts! My kids were proud as can be lugging it all into the school and handing it over.
