I love recipes! Can u tell? I've just recently (in the past 2yrs) become seriously interested in cooking (after several years of marriage and boxed dinners) and DH is LOVING IT! So, to all of u, if you're willing to post your recipes from your Christmas dinner then please do so! I've tried quite a few from websites and such but have had much better luck with recipes given to me from family and friends...we seem to like them so much better!

Thanks to everyone who has posted their recipes so far! I've already started a little folder to copy/past them too, and can't wait to try them!
I hope it turns out good for you when you try it. Also I think the spice rub she uses would work well for a beef roast too.
