I couponed for less than half of this year, but I got some great deals. I want to be even more dedicated to stockpiling and saving in 2011. Some of my goals are:
- Take advantage of more rebate offers.
- Take advantage of more Target gift card offers.
- Have most of Christmas shopping done by the end of summer.
- Stockpile more paper products and food items.
- Only buy items I have more than a year's supply of if they are free, MM, fillers, or needed to roll ECBs.
- Do more coupon trades on HCW.
- Enter more contests.
- Write more companies for coupons and samples.
- Inventory and photograph stockpile for insurance purposes.
- Mail care packages to family members every other month.
- Budget $10 per week for Black Friday and after Christmas sales.
What are your couponing and stockpiling goals for 2011?

My goals for 2011:
Organize stockpile.
Rotate stock so I don't find items shoved to the back that are out-of-date.
Don't buy more than we can use or give away even if it is cheap or free.
Continue to do rebates.
Do a better job of organizing coupons.
Write companies to get coupons.
Do more try-me-frees...only out the cost of a stamp.
Wow...I haven't put much thought into this...I started in 2007 and this year is the first year where I really feel like I have a great system! I tracked everything I spent on consumables (except eating out) from 1/1 to 6/30 and I had made close to $400 profit after rebates. I didn't track the second half because I got tired:) Rebates received in 2010 amount to $1366 with another $228 pending and probably $100ish in my envie waiting for me to get them in the mail.
I would say my goals are:
1. Learn how to cook more things so I can take advantage of more deals.
2. Eat out less - although we have significantly reduced it this year. My love of sushi is great though and can't make it:(
3. Work harder looking for non grocery/drug store deals. (i.e. toys, movies, etc. I got a taste for it when I got my kids their leap tag books free this year). I want to expand beyond consumables!
4. Stockpile a diaper/formula supply for baby #3 - we just went off birth control:)
5. Slow down a bit with normal stockpiling so I don't burn out! I don't need to chase every deal; I have a great stockpile and can wait for the easier deals to come along for most items. Now convincing myself of this when I see the sales ad and have coupons in hand is another story!
Wishlist - updated 5/10 & NBPN rebates for NC!
