I usually do Starbucks gift cards for male teachers. I've also given Game Stop gift cards to younger ones when I've heard from my kids that they play video games.
For the first time I need to buy a Christmas/holiday gift for a well liked and wonderful male high school teacher.
I'm thinking candles, even very nice ones, would be lame.
Gift cards?? Would have no idea where to get one from.
Edited to add: What about a gas card? Is that too impersonal?
What would be good?

starbucks
iTunes GC???
Winter gloves - can always use a pair of gloves!!
Classroom Supplies (many teacher pay out of pocket for what the school district considers "extras")
Walmart/Target Giftcards
Giftcards to any coffee places or fast food restaurants that are close to the school (so he can go grab something quick on his lunch break)
Gift cards are always appreciated by teachers. Gas card I think would be great! Or how about a restaurant GC?
I am giving my DD's male teacher a set of 4 coasters that we made together out of some 4x4 white tiles from the Home Depot. I added some adhesive cork to the bottom and then added his last name initital to the top of each one (adhesive vinyl lettering). Maybe you could find some already made like that or make your own........everyone can use coasters! I am giving a set to both of her female teachers as well.
