My son is 2 1/2 and ideas we have for him are hot wheels cars, coloring books/crayons, thomas trains, videos, fruit snacks(instead of candy), blocks/legos(the bigger mega blocks or duplo ones). We haven't picked him up anything yet, but these are ideas that my DH and I are floating around for him.

How about some little books, and some toy cars or trucks. Also, maybe colors and a coloring book? Little stuffed animals are a good choice for that age too. Sippy cups. Bath wash, ect.., Kids that age don't really care what is in them, just that they have one. Socks....

In my defense, I will only bid human beings in the auction forum if it's a MM.

As far as treat go, how about boxes of raisins, a box of animal crackers, some Gerber puffs or wagon wheels, and maybe a few pieces of fresh fruit? Not sure if that last one is weird or not.

My son was 25 months last easter and we did a bath theme....bath toys, bath crayons, bubble bath...I can't remember what else not...but he loves the bath crayons. We plan on putting them in his basket again this year (and they went in his Christmas stocking).

My DD is 13 months and when Easter rolls around she will be close to 15 months. We are putting in hers a stuffed chic(duck) she loves them!, Geber Puffs(one or 2 cans of them, different flavors.), Gerber yogurt bites(2 packages, 2 different flavors.), a package of goldfish crackers, (she loves these!) a package of sippy cups, juicy juice apple juice, juice boxes....she love apple juice!, Tylenol Infant Drops (grape), at the last mintue we are putting in a package of string cheese(to make sure it is cold, plus she likes these too!), and a few other little things that she can't choke on, like toys, but not alot of them.

I might add some bath toys, and A&D ointment and a package of Huggies wipes or something, too.

Oh I agree with play doh as much as I hate it! lol they usually have cute little "Easter"play doh sets that are inexpensive. I hit Target's dollar spot for stuff like this and get board books, stickers, coloring books, etc. Not a ton of candy either
