What are you doing on New Year's Eve? ~ 2009

Just wondered if anyone is doing anything exciting. Don't know what we are doing yet. Last year we hit up Mongolian Barbecue and then came home and watched tv/movies until the ball dropped. Might do the same this year. If I can stay awake until midnight.

Well I have to work New Year's Eve day... New Year's Day and the day after.. so if I make it til 10 I'll be lucky.. LOL

staying home, probably working some. I'll see about staying up until midnight and maybe taking DD out to see fireworks, but it depends on the weather.

sorry, nothing exciting here, have to work New Years Eve, then come home check out HCW (of course) and will try to stay awake to see the ball drop, but I didn't make it that far last year.

Our boys are having friends sleep over .. still don't know how many extra boys we will have here .. the more the merrier!!! Pingpong, nerf war and video games are on the agenda along w/ Chinese food ..

We have DS's this year and will do a New Year's Eve party at home just the four of us, might have my niece if sissy wants to go out. Translation= junk food, video games and movies until the ball drops. I'll pick up a bottle of Sparkling Juice to toast in the New Year if anyone is still awake!

Every year someone in my family or circle of friends hosts a party - lots of fun, kids are welcome so its nice. This year no one was doing it - we considered it, but I was concerned with DS#3 needing his sleep and all those people around so we decided against it. We were going to a local bar until this morning when at the last minute a friend decided to host the party at her house - now we're back on!! Usually my twins come with us to the party but this year they are staying home with their brother and my parents - DH and I haven't been out w/o kids of any sort since who knows when so we are taking advantage of it!!!

NYE is my hubby's Birthday. Unfortunately, I have to work all day. But we will have dinner and a cake with his mom. Then probably just watch movies with my son.

Staying at home with the kiddos. We don't have anyone who will watch our kids so we will be doing fun things with the kids until thier bedtime and then maybe watching the ball drop.

Every year my husband cooks his delicious Mexican food from scratch and we invite all our family and friends over, for dinner.
