Need help with a gift idea

I have to buy a Christmas gift for a family member, which will actually be given a couple of days after Thanksgiving. I was told that she really likes lotions from Bath & Body Works. I NEVER shop here. I have an outlet and a regular store here, though. Anyways, I would love recommendations on how to make a great gift basket of this stuff for a reasonable price. I am looking to spend between $30 & $40. I would suggestions of sizes, scents, items other than lotions to add in, any coupons that are available, etc. The person is a female between the ages of 50 & 60. TIA!!

Right now they have a gift guide w/ 3 coupons inside.
1 - Free item of your choice w/ any $15 purchase (up to $13 value) 9/28 - 11/8 (excludes gift sets)
2 - $10 off $30 purchase 11/9 - 12/13
Plus if you use one coupon and then there will usually be a survey on the bottom of your coupon for $10/30.

She can always exchange the scent if she doesn't like it so I wouldn't worry about which scent to get. And the candles are always good, in my opinion, to give as a gift.

Well I am a stick in the mud! i hate for someone to tell me WHERE to shop... i my self would make an very generous gift basket out of my stockpile items... all those free glade candles and , the vaseline lotions, the mm glade at target.. body washes, couple diff. deodorants. dove shampoo and cond. well you get the idea! maybe buy one or 2 small items from that store.. then add all the rest.... JMHO....

There are some deals to be had at the outlet, we have one too. You will find all of the matching scents at the outlet, so you will be able to get for example: a sweet pea lotion, body wash, body spray etc - and the prices are much less than what you pay in the regular store and I do remember them having the buy so many get one free offers in the outlet as well. The ladies in the store (outlet) are super helpful.... what I find is best when shopping for someone who likes scented stuff like that, especially at Bath and Body works is to just plain ask what their favorite scents were --- then you know what they like

As for scents, Moonlight Path is my favorite! Its purple and has a light scent to it!

Thanks so much for all the help! Now, one poster (MrsD I believe) said she could exchange the scents for others if she didn't like them. But, if I buy them at the outlet and she doesn't have an outlet, just a regular store, would she still able to exchange them??

rrpate - I asked via another family member (she didn't tell me). Plus, since I don't really like any of this stuff, *gasp* I do not have any glade, smelly vaseline lotion, etc - in my stockpile. But, for next year that is a GREAT idea!
