Default Re: What are you getting at Wags for Christmas gifts?

I replied to Tint but didn't answer for myself! There is a pretty good selection of toys 3/$13.98 I think. Will be roll rr's until boxed gift sets of perfume etc go on sale. Also, small apliances go on sale every few weeks it seems....may be a few good things there for gifts!

I'm getting most of my kids toys there this year. I joke that it's going to be a "Wags" Christmas. I'm only getting the name brand stuff, because I'm afraid of the off brand stuff breaking before all the presents are even opened.

So far I've gotten the Playskool Lawnmower & Vaccuum for my 14mo dd. I've gotten alot of Littlest Pet Shop/Disney Princess/Barbie stuff for middle dd. And Hot Wheels for ds. All with RR's.

For men, I wrapped Fusion razors etc., and for women, assortment of candles, air refreshner etc. But in addition to these small assortments of gifts, I just took boxful of extra medicine, HBA stuff that my family can't finish using, and all of them got grocery bags and stuff what they want for free. They were really happy to get these stuff for free :-) I may not have gotten them "real" "thoughtful" gifts, but they understood; they got more "practical" gifts, lol. In a way, I think it's better to get something that you can use than what you think you're going to return anyway.

All of my family members got a "box of beauty" for Christmas last year...and they LOVED it! I just gave them all of their favorite brands, so that it was thoughtful:) My kids were only 3 and 5 last year, so a walgreens Christmas was great for them! Oddly enough, the toys that came from there were their favorites!
I already got all of the toys for them at Target's clearance sales, but i will be doing the hba thing again this year...

Alot of the same, candles, lotions, soaps, razors, lip care, snack items. I call them "Pamper Packs" and am on the lookout for upcoming coffee/cocoa/tea sales to round it all off.

My Dh came up with his "survival Box for our DD's when they were in their early teens. Includes fav shampoo, conditioner, razors, shave cream, lip balm, hair binders, underwear, and socks. They have loved this for over 10 years now and said they'd be heartbroken if it didn't continue. SIL's were jealous last year when tey didn't get one so will be doing one for hem too.
