I am so sorry for your loss!! :sad: I lost my Mom in 2002 to cancer, and my Dad in 2004 to cancer, being an only child it was very hard for me too when it came to the holidays. (I was not married at the time either parent passed). Try if you can to focus on some really good memories froim holidays past, it helped me! I know it will be hard for you and your family during the holidays, but as my Mom told me before she passed (this was her advise to me about all things I would deal with her gone) "you will get through it, you may not get over it, but time will help you get through it!"
I hope this helps in some small way, and please know that others are thinking of you and yours as the holidays approach.
