    we make cheese ball.
    1 pk chream cheese
    1 corn beef
1 cup or so of shredded cheddar
    1 bunch of green onions

cut everything up into small pieces and mix together. Once done shape into log or ball and put into the fridge. Serve w/ crackers of your choice. We have used crackers of all sorts, even wheat thins.

And our family has it for Christmas breakfast along with cinnamon rolls that my grandfather used to make.

    Christmas Sunrise Citrus Salad

    Serves 8

Mix the following in a bowl:

    2 - grapefruits
4 - oranges (Florida juice are best)
    4 - tangerines
    4 - tangelos

Cut citrus fruit in half and cut out sections. Squeeze empty peels to get every drop of juice. Cover well--putting plastic wrap touching the fruit will help preserve more of the vitamin C. Chill overnight or a couple of hours.

4 - bananas sliced (add about 30 to 60 minutes before serving)

My hubby used to sprinkle sugar on his--we all eat it plain.

While preparing this there is a wonderful fragrance, though not like the aroma of something baking, it still smells like Christmas to me.
