Would you have any interest in making a huuuuuge qty of caramel corn? I know a recipe that takes very few ingredients..... you can use the pop corn in the microwave or you can use a popper and kernels if you have one.... You can get store brand kernels for like $1..... LMK, I will forward the recipe to you :) It's delicious!

cocktail weiners are easy and go over great.

    Pack of cocktail weiners
    grape jelly
    yellow mustard

Mix jelly and mustard (equal parts) in crockpot, slow cooker, pot on stove on low to med heat until blended together. Add in weirners and slow cook until finished.

    Cheese ball and crackers

    Cheesecake squares
You can use a jello no bake cheesecake mix or make a regular homemade cheesecake (no bake) and once set up, cut into squares.

Here is the recipe I use.

    NO - BAKE CHEESECAKE SQUARES
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. Realemon reconstituted lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in crumbs and sugar. Press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in Realemon and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Fried Ravioli

    Ingredients:
    • Olive oil , for frying
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
    • 1 box store-bought bite-size cheese ravioli (about 24 ravioli)
    • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 to 2 cups marinara sauce , heated, for dipping
Heat 2 inches of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 325°.

While the oil is heating, put the buttermilk and the breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls. Working in batches, dip the ravioli in the buttermilk to coat completely, allowing the excess buttermilk to drip back into the bowl. Dredge the ravioli in the bread crumbs. Place the ravioli on a baking sheet, while you coat the remaining ravioli.

When the oil is hot, fry the ravioli in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried ravioli to paper towels to drain.

Sprinkle the fried ravioli with Parmesan cheese and serve with a bowl of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.

Pampered chef Chicken and Broccoli Braid (this is a favorite dish of mine)

    Ingredients:
    2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, pressed
4 oz. (1cup) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp. all-purpose dill mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. (8oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    2 tbls. slivered almonds
    Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Chop chicken and broccoli using food chopper; place in 2 qt. batter bowl. Chop bell pepper using 5" utility knife; add to batter bowl. Press garlic over vegetable mixture using garlic press. Shred cheese using cheese grater and add to vegetable mixture; mix gently. Add mayonnaise, dill mix, and salt; mix well using scraper. Unroll 1 package of crescent dough; do not separate. Arrange longest sides of dough across width of 12" x 15" rectangle baking stone. Repeat with remaining package of dough. Using roller, roll dough to seal perforations. On longest sides of baking stone, cut dough into strips 1 1/2 inches apart, 3 inches deep using a pizza cutter (there will be 6 inches in the center for the filling). Spread filling evenly over middle of dough. To braid, lift strips of dough across mixture to meet in center, twisting each strip on turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends under to seal at end of braid. Brush egg white over dough using pastry brush. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Substitute 1 tsp. dried dill weed for The Pampered Chef Pantry All-Purpose Dill Mix, if desired.

Get a crock pot. Put in 1/2 large loaf of Velveeta and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes. Mix well. Warm.

Serve with chips. Frito scoops are good, but any chips will work.

Rotel comes in spicy and extra-spicy, so pick what level you like.

If you like you can add a little hamburger meat or cut up chicken, but it is fine without the meat.

There's also a tear pad coupon out for that Velveeta & Rotel, lol.

I was going to suggest Hanky Pankies
