lets all post our most favorate childhood memory of Thanksgiving!

Mine is :
Everytime us kids went to our grandmothers house for the day she always had a cupcake with our names on them. specifically for each one of us! It was so special I was so happy to have one of my own with my name on It!

Driving to Grandmas, playing with my cousins, sitting at the kids table, "absolutely having" to go out and play just when the dishes need to be done...we didin't know that they appreciated that we were outside entertaining ourselves so we're not underfoot. And the dishes always had to be done before pie!

oh my there are so many.
My G-ma M. putting to much sage in the dressing and everyone eating it like it was the best she every made. When she tasted it she laughed and laughed and said we were all crazy.

The year the pressure cooker with the mashed potatoes in it blew up.

The year my now husband stood up and asked my dad if he could marry me.

Thanksgiving has always been full of great memories.
