Alright - I'm usually shopping for electronics on BFriday but this year my son really wants a power wheels. Has anyone ever seen one on sale this day?? I personally haven't and just wondered if it was worth waiting for or if I should buy now?

I have a friend who desperately wants to get her daughter a laptop for Christmas. She is a single mom and doesn't have a lot of extra $$. Does anyone know of a good deal I can pass on to her so she can give her daughter a good Christmas gift?

If it doesn't have to be a fullsize laptop, try the acer aspire. It is awesome and around $300-350. Microcenter is a good place to shop online or google it for price comparison. I believe my son said it was on sale for like $290 this week but I don't know where. HTH

I actually just saw a decent one today in the Big Lots ad! It was $399 for a 3GB Laptop. I think it was a Compaq???? HTH - I know I got one for my son a few months ago for xmas thru walmart when they were $399. Good Luck :D

Walmart had one in their ad for $348. The screen is pretty small on it, but it would be perfect for somebody young. It's cute, it comes in blue, pink, white and brown. I would get one for myself if I didn't already have one!

Dell has an Inspiron Mini starting at around $350. Maybe she could check Craigslist, or pawnshops if she's not particular about it being brand new? Not sure.
