I think these are a booklet of 10 coupons bought at Wendy's for $1/ booklet. Am I correct?

These are coupons for 6 oz Jr Frostys, not Frosty Floats. A pack of 10 is $1, which is a really good deal since the Jr Frostys cost 79 cents each.
