Walgreens has some cool decorations too!! I got a mummy and a witch that are light and motion activated so when you walk by they make scary sounds!

I have to plan a 20 minute party for 20 4/5 year olds.. any help?

also i want to make gift bags for them.. any ideas? I plan to do the halloween booklets from mcdonalds and wendy's and the gift sacks and pencils from wags.. what else can i put in them?

There are packs of spider rings at the dollar store you get a whole lot for $1.00 are are popular with the kids. Plastic Halloween Straws are good too and usually cheap, Walgreen's will have there Halloween plastic cups on sale here soon you could use those are the party bags put everything in their own little plastic cup. HTH
