Run, run, run to gymboree! $.79 and $.39 stuff!

I just stopped at the Gymboree in Plymouth Meeting, PA and grabbed a few things for Jack. As I went to check out the sales girl told me to check out the red bins by the register because everything was marked down to either $.79 or $.39. I figured I could grab some socks for J and was *SHOCKED* to see T-shirts, dresses, One pieces and Two piece outfits! Most of the stuff was Preemie to 12 months with a few 12 to 18, 18 to 24 and toddler things. There were socks, slippers and a very, very small selection of big girl stuff. (mainly sizes 9 and 12). I did find a few on pieces for J this summer and a 3t and 4t shirt.

The T-Shirts and accesories were $.39 and the dresses, outfits and two pieces ringing up at a whopping $.79. I ended up with an amazing 66 items for a total of $51.34 (I bought a pair of boxer briefs for J for $5.99) and also earned $25.00 in gymbucks for next time! I added all the retail prices when I got home and it totalled $1,503.50!!!!!

I asked why the cheap prices and she said it is all from last year's summer lines and they are trying to get rid of it. I asked if all stores had these prices and she said it depended on thier stock. Montgomeryville and KOP had little stock, but some stores have plenty!

Gymbo fan or not, you can't get wal-mart clothes for $.39 and $.79! As I was leaving the girl acctually said "thanks for taking it all!"

Definitely YMMV. I was just up at my Gymboree and they had nothing like that. Sounds like you got lucky!

Bummer. The only thing better than scoring a deal like that is helping others get it too.

I was in the mall today and they had clearance an additional 20% off. I couldn't find anything in the sizes I needed.

I have so many babies coming into the family, this will be great! My SIL and 2 cousins are having (or had) babies this year. 2 girls and 1 boy. :)

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats and I hope that i can find some of that stuff! And i gotta look for the coupon in parents. I have the past few issues and haven't looked in there.

Darn - mine had nothing close to these prices. Glad you got such a good deal!

That was all stuff from quite a while ago. Very few stores will have much left, since most of it cleared out last BRB (January).

Next BIG chance to save will be the next BRB (rumored for June 19th-ish). Plus we'll still be issuing Gymbucks then, so save and save again.
