grilled stuffed burgers

make your favorite ground beef mixture.
I use egg and bread crumbs in mine as well as salt and pepper.
make a hamburger patty...on the thin side and make a little divit in the middle so it doesnt get big...then on top of that burger put your favorite cheese. we use chedder and mozz. then take another hamburger patty and place on top. seal edges and grill to your taste..med rare or what ever you like. The cheese gets so ooye gooey! yummy.
