Yes, they should. Sometimes, a rebate will also include a coupon with the promo & they will specifically instruct you to reduce your rebate amount by the value of the coupon, but this isn't the norm.

Another tip: When it comes to new or unfamiliar companies...it's sometimes best to not use CVS extra bucks to pay for your rebate. I know of 2 companies that refused to send the full rebate amount because of EB's. Usually though, the well-known companies don't pull this bull on people.
