where did u find this one, and is it on any gift card or a particular card...(and i have a couple buds if u are interested in trading any.. cannt remember off hand what states but if u are interested ill go find them and pm you about them...)

The rebate tearpad form states $100 worth of gift card(s) and or phone card(s) any brand. Hope that helps!

I found these at Food Lion in VA. The rebate is mailed to Refund Redemption Program, PO Box 9006 dept 100560, Bridgeport, NJ 08014
