It doesn't matter if you purchase all of the same item or all different items. As long as you have 5 or more total items, you can claim.

I havent done this before , it will be my first year to submit. Do you have to have a minimum of 5 products each item to qualify ? Or just 5 items total to qualify to submit a rebate? Do you understand what I am trying to ask ?

I think the only thing I will buy is the Pull ups. I need to buy five atleast but do I need to cut the UPC code off the package?
I am just a little lost at how do you write on the form more than one of the same item.
It can be on more then one receipt correct?

You do not have to submit the UPC Codes, I think your rebate gets processed faster if you send UPCs, but I never have sent the UPC in.
Yes you can send in more than 1 receipt.
You just write the amount of products you bought next to the correct product on the Form.
