If you read the website, you are a caregiver if you are purchasing these for an elderly or disabled person, a child under 5 or yourself. Most of us are purchasing these products for use in that way. As far as donations of extra vitamins, etc. go, I guess its up to the purchaser whether they consider themselves a "caregiver" of those they are donating the product for. (They ARE purchasing it for them, indirectly) These rebates are probably funded by the manufacturers of the products listed on the form. For them its just another way to build loyalty to their product.
