Walgreens also has the vitamin shampoo, They are buy one get one free after christmas. Mail in for your rebate and you get two for free

The fine print on the back of the form says at the very top "offer limited to one (1) request for one (1) product per address or household." Its on the back of the section you write your address on but incredibly hard to read on the silver. I got mine pretty fast.

I got mine in about a month or so.

My extra copy says go to Rebate Central to check status, will take 10 weeks to arrive.

*checked mine and it worked just fine and had the appropriate info
