Has Giant moved to S. Carolina?! Yes the put out store coupons which can be combined w/ MQs. As far as overage, not that I am aware. Maybe some else has experience. I was told they no longer accept competitor Qs anymore.

The best way to save is look at the clearance racks. In the G by me they are in the rear of the store. They are usually FULL of items.

The official policy is not to give overage, you just get the item free. Sometimes there store coupons allow you to use them with other coupons, and sometimes not, it depends on the wording, I've seen Giant coupons that went either way.
