well, that's very interesting! I would love this.
Hi,
I was in the Giant/Super G store today and asked if the N VA stores would be having a gas/fuel station soon at all their N VA locations. I heard Stop & Shop had gas stations and wondered if Giant would also.
The gas stations will have fuel points like the Stop and Shop stores. Great news--

Oops... sorry - you exceeded the limit of my attention span!
Bye Mom... I love you, and will miss ya. 4/5/11
This is good to know, this is just down the road from me.![]()
Hi,
If you live in the N VA areas (not sure about MD or Metro DC stores), Giant/Super Giant stores have partnered with local Shell gas stations to offer gas discounts up to $.10 on fuel purchases.
You just punch your phone number or swipe your Giant Bonus Cards for the discounts. The program works just like Stop 'N Shop and Martin's stores. You accumulate fuels points. See store and web site for details.
Program starts Friday, 05/14/10. A store manager told me this today.

This was in the Baltimore ad today, shame Shell has the most expensive gas!

This deal is also good in Southern MD!
I'm going to see if I can get an update on this. I know Giant is doing a promotion right now about saving money using your Giant card at participating Shell gas stations, so as soon as I learn more I'll post!
Earn 1 point for every dollar spent at Giant and every $100 spent earns you $0.10 off gas at participating Shell stations. Customer service has complete details.
If you register your Giant card you can check your balance online. My balance leads me to believe before coupon prices count since I know I didn't spend as much money at Giant as they just said I did. It also looks like if you scan your card at the Starbucks in Giant that those points count too.
Has anyone redeemed points yet?
oops, wrong answer
