There was one in last week's (10/25) SS for $1/2 Tombstone pizzas. Not sure if we can use two of the $1/2 coupons (since 2 out of the 4 Tombstone pizzas will be free). Also, we would have to add other stuff to get to the $15 min. purchase for the doublers.

If I remember correctly we only have to be at $15 before all the coupons and doublers start coming off, right? I am guessing the 2 free pizzas and ice cream don't count against that.

I was wondering the same thing...is the 15 before any coupons or doublers come off?

There are some blinkies out there for $1/1 fruit loops that would make them free after doublers, I just don't want to have to have a $15 total after all my coupons to do the deal.

The Fruit2o 6 packs are on sale for $2.22. There are $1/1 coupons out that expire today. I used 4 of them with the super doublers and got 4 6-packs for .22 each. That was at the first store. Second store I used my other 3 Fruit2o coupons and had a coupon for $1/1 any Marzetti dressing, which is on sale for $2.50, so I paid .50 for it.

Can't answer the question about the $15 purchase. I was already purchasing some other items that allowed me to get to $15 (seafood, meat and veggies).

I 'think' (but don't hold me to it!) that your total has to remain above $15 to use the doublers but you can use the manu. coupons even if your total goes below $15. For example, if you want to use all 4 doublers, your total after Giant discounts and sales must be at least $19. Then hand over the four doublers. These are deducted as four $1 coupons. Your total is now $15. You can then use whatever manu. coupons you have to bring down your total. I haven't tried the Tombstone deal with the doublers yet. Will post once I do it.

I alway scan my card last at the self check-out. Your total can be $19 before sales and card scan, then scan the 4 doublers, then the rest of your coupons. I have even bought $19 worth of items that were not on sale, not scanned my card at all, and it still takes off the doublers and all your coupons.
Whether it works the same if you buy the $15 stated on the coupon, I don't know.

It really depends on the manager that is there. I tried to use the $ Doubler on Friday and the manager said that she was just told that they can not use those. You can use the $/$$ Q. I use a bottom dollar $10/$30....You can also use the Bottom Dollar Q at Giant since they are a Food Lion subsidiary...again...depends on the manager.
