Giant/SuperG ~ Clearance: Bounty and Cottonelle YMMV

I was at Giant today and got Bounty napkins for .92 for 250 and Cottonelle TP 4 PK for .72.

I used
Bounty Napkins, Any - 12-28-08 PG
$1.00/2 1/31/2009 Insert

Cottonelle Toilet Paper, Any 4 Pack + - 12-14-08 SS
$1.00/2
1/11/2009
Insert

I paid Bounty $1.84/2 - $1.00/2 = .84/2 or 500 napkins

Cottonelle $1.44/2 -$1.00/2 = .44/2 or 8 rolls = .03 a roll!!

Now these were all "Holiday" packs and that is YMMV. But there was a lot left. Check yours and see

Oh! I hope I can find some. I've been holding out on my Bounty and Cotonelle Q's even w/ Blooms tripling and K-marts doubling. Neither were worth it.

I sure hope I can find these!

I found the TP, but it was scanning at regular price, $2.xx. I asked the manager and he said that they had a discussion about them and they probably should be 75% off. He said to check back later in the week. Sounds like you got a good deal.
