I tried today to buy the BOGO coffees and use the $2/2 coupon - No go! It beeped and she told me I was only buying one so I couldn't use it.

Tell her to just give the the free one then and you won't buy the other.

Looks like a great deal to me! Will probably try it out this week sometime. The deal is for the next 9 days it says with a countdown timer and you need to use it by 11/30/10. Now we just need to find some deals to work with.

Well, I tried this today and it didn't work for me in Bethlehem. Looking at my receipt I think I figured out why, but now I don't know if I lost the discount.

In short, I purchased what I figured to be around $57 dollars worth of groceries after coupons. There were two coupons that beeped and the cashier had trouble entering, so she needed help. When the other cashier totaled out the order I saw the "Clipper Discount" applied, but when I went to pay the register added the $20 back on to the order. I don't know if this is no longer working outside of a certain area, or if it was because of my purchases. Of course they didn't know anything about the promotion and there is no notation of the discount on my receipt, it only showed on the register. I didn't push the issue and when I got home I noticed the cashier goofed and doubled one of my coupons (the $5 Kraft). My order total was over $52 without tax, but my Extra Rewards earned was only $47. I'm guessing that because I purchased sour cream and cream cheese for the Kraft products something counted towards the milk and cream exclusion, that combined with the extra coupon being deducted messed up the order.

For those who were able to have this work in areas outside of the Lancaster area, were your Extra Rewards earned over $50?

For those in the Lancaster area, I found a lot of discounted items at the Giant by Walmart. Everyone is going to the new Giant and this one is SLOW. I found Nature's Promise bread for $1.50 a loaf. The big steal is in the meat. I got two Nature's Promise steaks for about $1.50 each. I got one value package that had 1 lb. of stew meat, 3 steaks and a 3 lb. roast for less than $4! Just save some more deals for me! ;)
