You can see the Giant coupons weeks in advance on their site. I'm sure I can't post HOW to do it, but it's really simple and doesn't involve anything "illegal or immoral" LOL. I only got the meat one in my email, but I have the bakery one, too.

Right now both coupon links are being sent to all different forums, email lists, etc so if you do a search for the meat coupon, I'm sure you'll be able to find it.
