I have a funny story (well I was ticked yesterday but it's funny now LOL)
I don't have time to type up my whole story but my store allowed me to use my BOGO q's that one time, but the manager was contacting corporate to see how they should work with the sale. He was very nice about it so I have no complaints about that. Anywho, he talked with corp. and then called my back but we were still both confused so he asked me to call corp. so that maybe we could figure it out. So I called and got Ruthann, and boy was she a joke. I first asked her if I am able to purchase an item with a coupon?? She said yes. So I then said well I have a BOGO q, and she didn't even let me finish, she immediately told me that I am unable to use that q this week with their BOGO sale. I said, so that means that your q policy is wrong because it states that you accept ALL manufacturer q's. She said that the flyer clearly states that they do not accept BOGO q's with BOGO sales:shrug7: Hmmm, really I said, I must have missed that, could you tell me where that is. She says that she doesn't have a flyer in front of her. I politely state that I don't mind waiting while she gets one So she gets one and tells me to turn to page 10. (If you have your flyer, look at page 10) The policy she is talking about is INTERNET Bogo q's. I try to explain that to her and then we start arguing. She insists that the flyer says that I cannot use a BOGO q with a BOGO sale
I then ask to speak with Gary Snyder, which is the district manager and she immediately gets nasty and says that she will not give out his personal info. Umm, ok that's fine, I don't want his personal info, I just would like his extension. Nope, if I wanna speak with him, she will let him know and HE will call ME!!!:shrug7:
By then my store manager was calling on the other line so I just hung up with her. Of course my store got a good laugh when I told them about her interpretation of page 10 of the flyer.

Yes, I will be calling corp. back on Monday and letting them know that Ruthann is a few bricks shy of a full load and that I don't appreciate her ignorance of the coupon policy.
My store will not let me get 2 bottles for free anymore. I can use one BOGO q and will end up paying for 1 bottle and getting 3 free:shrug7:
So that's 4 bottles for the price of one???? Is there any logic behind that??? Cause I can't figure it out.

I was laughing reading your post. No offense. I could totally relate w/ the smilies. I had my flyer right beside me, so I could check out page 10. That is clearly for internet coupons. lol.

I haven't gotten a chance to go back this week. I'm prepared to buy 4 per Q if that's the way it must be. It's still a decent deal.-just not my original plan. lol.

4 Qs per order x 4 bottles for each one, means transactions of 16 each. I'm either going to be super happy when I get home or super TORQUED, depending on the reception committee. lol

I think we ALL should still call on this one, so we have 'a voice'. Maybe it will influence something positive for the future. However, I won't be calling until the new week begins. -too much to do at the moment.

Yes, Please turn your bonus card over and call the number on the back and ask for Ruthann!!! And ask her what the policy is on using a BOGO q with a BOGO sale I promise you will get a good laugh

I haven't had a single problem with this. I've bought 40 bottles over 5 trans at 2 different stores and never had a single problem. A manager even had to help the cashier today w/ them as she was new and never said a word.

I'm almost positive this was me- they could not understand at all that I would still be paying $13.10 +tax, they just refused to scan any coupons at all.

Anyway, I went back and talked to Pam (who set up the whole buy 1 get 3 free policy :shrug7:) got no apology from the very.....-bad words lots of bad words- people from the situation. My DH says I should write a formal complaint for all their files. Sighh...I think I will just shop at the one in town. The store isn't as nice but the people are. (BTW in town the assistant manager, Patti- is extremely coupon friendly. The one cashier, Dawn is not - hope its okay to say their names? If its not let me know.)

Oh and I went to Harrisburg yesterday and stopped at the Giant in Newport, talked to the check-out coach she said it was their policy (at Newport) to always give the customer 2 items for free with BOGO(so with her blessing I used up the last of my coupons 8 bottles for free). Then I stopped next door at the Rite Aid-where they refused to honor 2 coupons on a BOGO...just not my week.
