is it just me or was the Giant triples quite a crock?

Giant PAs coupon deals in general are a crock, since ACME changed their policies I rarely go to Giant (the 85th anniversary coupons were an exception to that)

I did my last gas deals yesterday after work so that DH could get gas. ended up with $3.30 off gas Mike came home today and showed me the reciept he paid this:

$1.90 =1 full tank of gas
saved $79.80

All i could tell him was we dont need any more toothpaste.. LOL
I had to buy 8 crest TP and 2 floss thank god I saved 8 of the $1 off Q's from the 85th anniversary booklet.

Boy, the triples were a crock. I only did one-and that was for Minute Rice. (tiny box-made it free) Seems like they really jacked the prices up this week.

I did pretty good with the triples. I used the $.40/1 minute rice = $.19, $.75/1 Ziploc easy zip = free, $.55/1 bumble bee albacore 3 oz pouch = free (regular is free normally), $.40/2 spaghettio's = $.16 @ can, spam singles $.40/2 = $.40@ package, w.c. burgers - $.50/1 = $.1.99, $.75/1 windex = $.59, $.50/2 spam 12 oz = $1.44 @ can, $.75/1 Muir Glen stewed tomatoes = free. I know there are more than 6 triples there, I used my mothers card to do an extra set of triples.
