yes, but up to 4 $1 coupons only and with the doubler tear outs from the circular. They won't double without these special coupon doublers.

So I'm new to couponing. If you have multiple circulars, can you double more than 4 if you do multiple transactions?

No, usually there is a limit of 4 Doublers per Household. This is one of those instances where multiples won't do you any good.
