Giant Eagles Accepting Competitor Coupons

Thought it might be helpful if we all start to list which Giant Eagle location(s), when we find one, is now accepting competitor coupons. Will be helpful to know which ones are now accepting competitor coupons in case happen to be in an area not normally in and would like to use our competitor coupons while in that area! I was at the Cranberry independent Giant Eagle today and asked at their Customer Service if they are now accepting competitor coupons. Know that the Cranberry Giant Eagle is about the most coupon-unfriendly store to start with. CS said at that location only accepting Shop n Save coupons, not Aldi's or Rock Bottom Store. I said, 'you mean Bottom Dollar'. She said, "I said Rock Bottom'. Is there even a store named Rock Bottom?If anyone happens to be at corporate Seven Fields G.Eagle in next couple days, can you please ask if they are now accepting competitor coupons, and if so, from which competitors. TIA

Post the question on the GE FB page....I've been and they won't respond to it..maybe if we all do it - all the stores will begin this new policy...

Seven Fields accepted my Bottom Dollar coupon yesterday, as did the Pine store.

GE in Boardman, Ohio, accepted the Bottom Dollar coupon too

Giant Eagle is only accepting competitor coupons for those locations that are near the new Bottom Dollar Stores. So if you live near a Bottom Dollar, you can take advantage. Bottom Dollar opened 6 locations 2 weeks ago and will be opening 7 more. There will be 3 locations opening in the Youngstown area. There should be signs posted at these locations letting you know that they take competitors coupons. There is not an addition or a change to the actual coupon policy.

Thanks! Next question: where or how is everyone getting these 10/20 Bottom Dollar coupons that i can use at Seven Fields? Thought they were only mailed to local residents where Bottom Dollars are located. Also, did you see any big signs at Seven Fields that they now accept competitor coupons? I didn't see any signs at the Cranberry one, even though CS said now accepting only Shop n Save coupons. I have a 5/25 Shop n Save coupon BUT it clearly states on it AFTER COUPONS! Does the Bottom Dollar Coupon state 'after coupons'? Also saw last week McGinnis Sisters had a 5/30 off any meat purchase in their weekly flyer. Wonder if Seven Fields accepts ALL competitor coupons, even Target, etc. TIA ADDENDUM: Just saw Jimmy had this Bottom Dollar 5/30 posted here,....But me want dem der' 10/20 coupons!

I got my Bottom Dollar coupons from my aunt. I don't live close enough to one of their stores to get them myself.

Seven Fields had no signs posted. My cashier said no, but I asked her to check with CS, who said yes (and educated the two nearest cashiers about it, too!). She said they are also accepting Target coupons.

No, the Bottom Dollar q's do not have any "after coupons" wording. (I just checked my $10/$20 and 2 CATs) My $10/$20 were mailed to my house, there were (4) Q's 1 for each of the 1st 4 weeks after the opening, I wish I could get my hands on some more!

Here's what I got in today's mail: A large 1 page postcard stating "WE ACCEPT ALL COMPETITOR's COUPONS" on the card were 3 Q's (2) $5 off oyno of $20 or more and (1) FREE 24 pk. G.E. purified water.

Asked today at Austintown G.E. Customer service said manager told them to accept ANY and ALL competitors coupons, so long as they are NOT expired.

Brentwood (Towne Square Way) is accepting Competitor Qs. The cashier was vague when I asked about the sign telling me this so I called and asked... "Who is considered a competitor?" My response from the manager was "All of them!"
