Where are the Prescription Coupons from?

I see quite a few GE prescription coupons on ebay, but the prices are too high. Does anyone know where they are coming from, it is a specific store or a newspaper? I have 5 prescriptions I need to fill.

I got one in the mail direct from GE that was $1 fuel perks for any new prescription with some exclusions.

Many times it is a Giant Eagle location that is having a grand opening or a greand re-opening.

So, whenever you hear about a grand opening, your radar should go up.

What businesses do is have a soft opening, where they can get rid of the 'bumps' or 'bugs' and then weeks later have a major opening.

It is during the major opening is when they offer the money saving coupons.

I have 3 of these coupons, came direct mailed in the cleveland area, at least to me. Won't need b/c not sick (thank God) and would send to someone for something of small value in trade, other coupons or something, just PM me I guess.

I see from ebay new prescription coupons are out again that expire 2/29. If anyone has any they are not going to use, I could really use them with all the prescriptions I have. Thanks.
