At Giant Eagle stores, make a beeline to the Coors' displays.

Here in northeastern OH, the beer jobbers, along with the cardboard tearpad display, will actually tape the rebate form to the cases of beer.

If you still cannot locate the rebate forms, get hold of a Giant Eagle employee and ask.

You might have to go to the Customer Service Desk and ask for their help / assistance.

I am guessing that the beer jobber that put up the rebate forms in Brook Park probably also put them up in adjacent Giant Eagle stores.

May be a dumb question but do u have to purchase the beer and gift cards at the same time/at same ge? I see pa is listed for the deal but cannot buy beer in a grocery store here... So is it a seperate purchase?

I saw these last week at GE in Beachwood. There was a tearpad attached to a Coors display beside the gift cards at the front of the store.

I believe you have to purchase both gift cards and beer in a single transaction. I don't have the rebate form in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that was part of the small print.

I found them! 150th. and Lorain. It says nothing on the form about a single transaction. The wording on the coupon is as follows and of course one per household.

The answer is "No, the purchases do not have to be at the same time or on the same receipt."

Three reasons ...

• The last time they offered this promotion, I did call the 800 number and asked them about the number of receipts and they replied more than one receipt was fine.

• The last time they offered this promotion, I submitted more than one receipt and I did receive my rebate check.

• In the wording of the promotion, they use:

What is important about these offers is to document what you have submitted.

Many will make photocopies.

I prefer to use my scanner and save the images as a jpg files, giving the file an intelligent / descriptive file name like:
