    QUESTION Shopkick app (free)

I just learned that Giant Eagle is participating in Shopkick.
free app for Android and iPhone

You get points and rewards for scanning items and some for just walking in a store.

I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how it all really works.

    (could be really cool)

    Does anyone else know anything?

I use shopkick. You open the app to get the points for walking in the door and then you just use your phone to scan the product ( the bar code) to get your points for the products. As you go to different levels, you earn different items. I'm on level 12

I won't have my iphone until later this week (they don't have it for the blackberry which I have now). I will definitely be using it.

I loaded ShopKick and used it today at Target and Giant Eagle. It's so easy to use that I actually linked my Advantage Card while standing in the store. I used the Kraft offer right after I loaded it and it shows on my register receipt.

If the program continues to be this user-friendly and responsive, I'm really going to like using it.

It looks as if rewards can be used to purchase gift cards, donate to charity and for facebook credits.
