I'm expecting mine 2/29/12 - my friend in VA did the transaction there and submitted my info. She also got one for my sister and one for my nephew (he and his friend do a breast cancer fundraiser every year)

Received my baking set the other day. Apparently, they had a problem with the oven mitt so they included a $10 visa gc in the box in it's place. The set is really nice!

Around a month or so ago, said it was received/accepted. Read usually takes 3 months to receive cookware from day of submission. Today, i received a postcard that due to overwhelming response i should expect a delay and expect to receive my FREE cookware by 4/30/12. So, long story short, because got so many different information from different Cooking up Detection reps if or not giant eagle was participating, i took a chance and mailed in my giant eagle receipt of all covergirl makeup got free anyways with the 8/2 coupons at the time and now got postcard verifying i will be receiving the cookware. Hope others here took the chance also with only the cost of a stamp...Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
Just to report, I DID receive my free cookware set today! Everything was included! Nice! Lesson learned: If/when P&G has the free cookware set offer next year, and if you get varying answers from G.E. or P&G reps that Giant Eagle is/is not participating in the promo, take a chance and mail in your information/Giant Eagle receipts anyway!
