I guarantee they are not attached to our cards. You could probably swap with people...like trading baseball cards or stickers when we were kids.

Awesome thanks! I have a few that I wont use so figured if they can save someone else....

Funny, I think every one of mine were useful...

    Chicken
Pumpkin Roll (bought a gazillion last year while pregnant, none this year)
    tomatoes
    bananas
    Frosted Mini Wheats
    Coke, 12pk

All things we use and buy!

    $1 off 24pk GEwater
    $1 off Yams
    $1 off GE Brownies
    $1 off Reynold's Wrap 75ft
    $1 off Maxwell House
    $1 off Beef

    Q) How do they know which coupons to send you?

    A) Well, it is linked to your Giant Eagle Advantage card!

Say that Manufacturer X is interested in increasing market share (i.e., new customers).

They contact Giant Eagle, knowing that Giant Eagle has an established loyalty card program.

Manufacturer X defines the attributes that they would like to see the potentially new customers have and then Giant Eagle sends those attributes through their loyalty card database.

Most of the time it is a very complex algorithm that is used with many, many attributes.

One possible attribute that may not used is current customers of the product.

The algorithm can be soooo complex that there is no rhyme to the reason (e.g., Your NAZ might be the 100th accessed, thus earning you a spot on the mailing list).

Again, they are looking for 'fresh meat.'

The output is a mailing list of Giant Eagle customers!

Out go the coupons in the mail.

    I got:
    $1 off beef
    $1 off Sprite 12 pk
    $1 off Classic Lays
    $1 off onions
$1 off birds eye vegetables 12 oz

$1 off 8 piece bucket GE prepared chicken

There is one more, $1 off some kind of bread but I can't remember what it was (binder is put away for the night!)

Every one of these things are regular items on my grocery list! Yippee!

And now for something completely different:

    Q) How does a bill become a law?

    A) I think Schoolhouse Rock answers that best! How a Bill Becomes a Law

PS: I would like to thank the Academy for accessing my NAZ! It's been an honor!

    [QUOTE=cheapchick;3093125]Of course you can!

You can only stack if they are GE coupons and not MQs....so better be careful. The GE qs are not because they are for GE products but most of the others for regular items are MQs and cant be stacked. Sorry to burst anyones bubble.

Today I received GE coupons in the mail titled "fresher foods. Happier holidays." Inside were $1 off:

    -hotdogs
    -Farmers Market bagged salad
-a $1+ purchase of blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
    -a $1+ purchase of carrots
    -a $1+ purchase of bananas
-a $1+ purchase of avocado, mango, or pineapple

These coupons will expire at the end of the month. I am happy I got these because not only are coupons such as these rare, but I am tired of couponing a lot of junk.

I was excited to get the personalized coupons this time! We've been buying more produce from GE lately in our attempt to eat healthier so I got $1 off:
    carrots
    bananas
    berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc)
    mushrooms
    bagged lettuce
    grapes

(maybe something else) I used them all yesterday in my stock up trip! Great to save on what I'm already buying for my family- esp when it's stuff I normally don't have coupons for!
