HELP doubling on Q for more than 1 item

Hi! I emailed corporate about my stores CS telling me that Q should only double to the price of one item (on a Q for 2 or more items)so that I could get a hard copy of what should actually be done. I would like to get some soup today, but I haven't heard back yet. It's not worth using .40/4 if it's only going to add 20 cents. Or next time I have 60/3 Green giant veggies. Does anyone know where I can get something like this? It doesn't specifically say in their site. TIA

from what i think you are try to do it not correct you think that .40/4 should work like this you but 4 same item you cash out you get .80/4 if the store doubles..you do not get .80 .80 .80 .80 for each of the 4 items..you would only get .80 if the MQ said .40/1

No what I mean is if a q is for 40/3. they are saying if each item is on sale for 50 cents the q will only double up to 5o cents (the cost of 1 item). Even though the cost of the 3 items would be 1.50. I've never noticed any q doing this until recently (with Powerade) and the CS fellow said that is the way it is and will not, in future, reimburse me for the extra 30 cents. Is this correct?

OK I just got off the phone with Linda at Customer Care and she says that their system is only set up to double up to the cost of 1 item regardless of how many items the coupon is for. If it does, Good for you. If it doesn't, CS doesn't have to give you the difference. Although most stores will.

The system doesn't make sense at all. I made 4 trips for powerade. The first time only some fully doubled, some only an additional $.25. Yesterday, they all fully doubled. today, they all only doubled the $.25, on both trips. The first time they just manually took $4 off, this last one I mentioned it then forgot. :( My store is great about coupons though. I just can't understand how it can be so different when purchasing the same thing, doesn't make sense.
